Has a sticker to the rear "peel off paper backing & stick or sew".
7.5 cm Diameter.
Unknown paper trade issue produced for the 3rd round FA Cup tie Manchester City v The Rams Sat Jan 7th 1950 The Rams winning 3-5. Maybe from the Daily Sketch ?
